Front desk said she'd see me for an emergency. I got there and she said she wouldn't. When I pushed she said, "maybe in an hour." She then fixed my tooth right away after I started complaining. But she put in way too much novocaine and the right side of my mouth hung low for weeks. Was not apologetic in any way. Front desk person is also really 'fake nice' but dismissive and insulting too.
