Dr. Lori Engelmann, DDS

I had been seeing Dr. Lori as my dentist for the past 6-7 years. Beyond the dental services, I always appreciated how she and her staff treated patients. However, my recent experience has changed my perspective.I had a crown that came off and needed fixing, so I called and made an appointment. During the visit, they told me the crown had to be replaced at a cost of approximately $600. I was expecting to have my old crown fixed. Since I wasn’t ready for the expense, I asked if they could do a temporary fix, and I would consider replacing it next year when my insurance would cover it.At this point, the hygienist and Dr. Lori became upset and claimed they had left me a voicemail stating the crown needed replacement. I hadn’t received any such message and showed them all my voicemails to prove it. Moreover, I didn’t understand how they decided the crown needed replacement without even examining it. The office staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lori is so kind and really takes the time to get know to her patients in order to provide the best services. We love going to the dentist now!
