My satisfaction level with Dr. Loray Spencer is Not Good! Due to the inability to verify my eligibility with my Medicare plan at the time of my appointment, which covers completely my annual exam, x-rays and cleaning I was charged for my appointment that evening. After they submitted the charges to my plan and subsequently was paid for the visit, I was denied a credit.

My experience was an an exceptional one. I was able to find office very easily the staff were nice. When you meet the Dr's they will make you feel right at home. They believe in phenomenal customer service and they are wiling to explain everything that needs to be done.
