Dr. Long Truong, DDS

On 9/20/23 I, Brandon McCutcheon, visited Louisiana Dental center to have them look at a cavity on one of my lower left teeth. They recommended a root canal, but I asked for it to be extracted. They agree and performed the procedure on that day, 9/20/23. During the procedure, Dr. Truong Long N utilized a saw to help extract the tooth. While operating the saw, he accidentally chipped an adjacent tooth, creating a cavity. He failed to mention this during or after the procedure happened. There were x rays before and after the procedure. Dr Truong Long N also failed to prescribe me anti-biotics as a diabetic after the procedure, even though he verbally told me he was going to. I called a few days later to schedule an appointment to have the chipped tooth examined. I mentioned while using the saw Dr Truong Long N accidentally chipped my tooth and the area was sharp and dark grey around the chip. I was scheduled, and on 9/27/23 I visited Louisiana Dental Center. I have been going to Dr. Truong at Primary health care dentistry for almost 2 yrs. I am very pleased with him. He is always so helpful and encouraging! He is patient and kind. He has done a bridge,crown and root canal on me. I would recommend him to anyone. There isn't another dentist that compare to him!
