Dr. Lloyd Bauer, DDS

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent office. The office staff told me numerous times that they participate in my dental insurance when in fact they do not. The first two times that I went for cleanings my insurance was accepted as payment in full, I was not balance billed. On my third visit, Camille, the hygienist, stated that she wanted to do a little extra cleaning. I asked her what the charge would be. She said that she checked my insurance, there would be $0 cost. It seems that Camille, with 30 years experience, did not look at the correct insurance. This was billed as a deep cleaning, although Camille's protocol did not remotely resemble the deep cleaning that I had two years ago at another dental office. Sally, office manager, acknowledged that they made mistakes in checking on my insurance. I never signed a treatment plan, yet Sally is attempting to balance bill me for the difference between what my insurance paid and the total. Dr. Bauer has NEVER come in the treatment room

Dr. Bauer and staff are wonderful. Made me feel very comfortable and took excellent care of me. Their equipment is up to date but the aesthetic of the office is very outdated and in some disrepair, and can make some people feel like the appearance could affect the care they’re getting, but it is not so. Deanna the hygienist was lovely and did a great job and Dr. Bauer is friendly and very gentle.

They were polite and prompt. They made it a point to confirm my appt and scheduled my next cleaning while I was being seen for cleaning. Very personable.

Never. Every appointment we have ever had has been canceled or changed. Some on the day of the appointment. My son went months with a filling that needed to be filled because they kept canceling the appointment. The last excuse they had was that the appointment was at 2:15 on a Friday. (They gave us this appointment). Then they want to change it because the dentist doesn’t work after 12 on Fridays.

i came on time and they made me wait for 30 minutes and the doctor wasn’t even available on time. But my teeth are clean.

My dentist of over 30 years retired a few year ago and I haven’t needed any real dental work since but today I lost a filling and saw Dr. Bauer. First, he chose the simplest option (to fill, not root canal, etc). Second, he was really gentle and it didn’t hurt at all. So he gets super brownie points in my book. As for the practice itself: I called this morning and had an emergency same day appointment. So it was a great dentist day and I really like Dr Bauer.

I have always loved Dr. Bauers attitude it's always pleasant but he really isn't helpful. He doesn't seem to care as much anymore and certainly doesn't do things by the book. He needs to be more willing to help and less trying to just rotate clients for the money. I no longer refer anyone and am currently looking for a new dentist myself. They are more focused on the quantity of patients then quality of work.

The office staff was so welcoming and friendly. I felt very comfortable as if i was a patient for years. No pressure or extra payments. Cant wait for next cleaning.

Dr Bauer is a kind sole and has a very calm demeanor. Sally and Crystal are outstanding staff members and show genuine concern for their patients. My wife said “If Sally ever moves to another dental office, that she would go along too “

Friendly, honest and happy environment.would definitely recommend for someone who's like me and doesn't like dental work. Dr Bauer is quick and gentle. Keep up your great work!!

Dr Bauer is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Everyone in the office makes you feel like family. I would recommend anyone like myself who does not like to see a dentist, to give them try.

My visit was handled within COVID guidelines. The hygienist worked to accommodate my needs. Dr Bauer was very professional and also worked to accommodate me. I have referred patients before and will continue to do such.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bauer for several months and I’ve been very pleased at his professionalism and the time he takes. My previous dentist retired and I’m pleased to have found another quality professional.
