Dr. Lisa Fletcher, DMD

I didn’t yet get to visit despite me having a dental emergency. The receptionist coolly told me my provider was retiring this same day and the new provider didn’t have any appointments available. This is very sad for a practice that does not allow for emergencies. The receptionist didn’t bother to check with my or any provider to just look in my mouth for 5 minutes And give me feedback. I will attend the appointment I was given 6 days later but won’t be back. It’s the providers that set the policies and the receptionist’s lack of caring and compassion in my case says it all.

Horrible Staff! For many years my spouse and I received dental care under Dr. Fletcher. She's an awesome provider, but there's been longstanding problems with administrative staffing. We'd endured their rudeness, and unprofessionalism in exchange for quality dental care from Dr. Fletcher. Treating there was strictly on the merit of Dr. Fletcher, until last December when my spouse encountered a scheduling issue, and was demeaned, verbally battered, threatened to have law enforcement called on him by a poorly professional postured office manager. My spouse is mildly mannered, loving, and the least confrontational human being I have ever known. For this individual to treat him in the manner in which she did is unacceptable in general, and surely not for a dental office. Over the years, I've had former patients share synonymous stories of uncomfortable experiences with the admin staff. It is shameful that they're unchecked on the unhealthy practices flowing from the front desk.

Great dentist and very personable. Highly recommend. Joe
