Not likely to recommend
Cancelled my 6 mo. Cleaning appointment….then scheduled it 6 months later making it a 1 year wait instead of every 6 months..i called saying this was unacceptable..told by “new “ office manager i would be put on wait list…she was totally unapologetic…and when i suggested i was contemplating going elsewhere she was quick to say”and where should i send your records”….3 months later no call…and i see she already has a very low approval rating.
