Dr. Lipin Chen, DDS

They are the best dental services I’ve encountered. I’ve never received such in-depth and earnest details of services as much as I’ve experienced from a prior dentist. I’ve had the administrator or their assistant email me before. However, Dr. Chen went out of her way to directly email me at times… all the details of what is going on and what I need to do. She would also include all the X-rays along with it. I never even had to ask her while I had to with my prior dentist, including my X-rays. At times, she even further assisted me by contacting my adjacent dentist involved to inform my entire situation. Since Dr. Chen only does root canals and for other matters, I would need my general dentist. She even educated me on how the past dentist has incorrectly serviced my teeth on certain occasions. Dr Chen is very kind. She did an excellent job diagnoses a complicated infection where my dentist sent me to Dr Chen as she is also an endodonist. She tries to save the patient money. Her assistant Elsa is lovely.

Dr. Chen & her associate Elsa are the most top-notch dental professionals I & my family have ever experienced. We've been having some form of trouble with most of our previous dentists from small to enlarged offenses on their own accord. Dr. Chen's office genuinely goes out of their way to care for you w/ thoughtfulness never encountered before from any other dentist’s office we've known. They are immensely compassionate, quick to assist & inform you farther than any other dentistry we've obtained, very easy to seek appointments from the beginning, most honest & detailed than we've ever expected, & their relations became more like cozy caring friends after being their patients. What’s troubling me is how impossible it is to find this class-act, quality care anywhere else in the dental industry, or even most business practices we need as consumers.
