I went the first time today and she and staff were very friendly, patient, and professional. No rush and explain and pointed out problem areas with no pressure to get them fix!

At my first visit with Dr. Pedersen, she told me to spend almost $1,000 on a temporary fix, or else "do not come back!" She had a very paternalistic, business-centered approach, saying that if I didn't want to follow her first recommendation for my occlusal guard and do what she said, she didn't see the point in discussing other possible options. She was not willing to talk through other options with me as a patient. I felt disrespected and marginalized. There was little regard for patient care.

Dr. Pedersen is a wonderful dentist. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she has a disarming patience&a willingness to answer all of your questions. I was so impressed by her skill&kindness that I recommended her to my mother. If you're looking for a great dentist who can help maintain your smile or to give you one, look no further. Dr. Lindsey Pedersen is one-in-a-million. All dentists and doctors need to take a lesson from her on how to treat patients. Very grateful family.
