This office is uneducated on insurance billing. If you have insurance your bill from the office should match your EOB, no extra charges. When the office tells you to pay more for procedure, claiming your insurance didn't cover, check your EOB. If your EOB shows $0.00 for your cost, CALL YOUR INSURANCE and verify if you owe money, if they confirm, ask your insurance to investigate. Dr. Kulczynski's team is taking advantage of the honest people of our small community, requiring payment for services that are included in your plan for a discount or should be no charge to you. Don't be a victim, your insurance will help you understand what you owe.

My daughter is 10 and has been going to this dentist office for a couple years now since it is a family dentist office, and there is no children's dentist office in town. We have always been happy going here and am happy with our current visit as well. Everyone is friendly and professional. Office is clean. Hardly any wait time, appointments run on schedule. I have no complaints and would recommend this dentist office to family and friends. Thank you.

I've struggled for over 30 years finding a dentist office that doesn't push my anxiety through the roof. Due to a horrible experience as a child, I've been terrified of the dentist office. The first thing I noticed at this office was it doesn't look or smell like a dentist office, which definitely helped my anxiety not start up. It's a beautiful restored building and she's taken extra care to not have dental smells & noises overwhelm all the other patients. After 3 visits now, I will NEVER go anywhere else. I've interacted with every staff member and they all have a pleasant, want-to-help-you attitude. They have gone out of their way to help my excessive anxiety be controlled while there and I have been so please to finally find a place that I don't dread visiting. Note: if you have anxiety, TELL them, because they can't help you if they don't know what's really going on.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE DENTISTRY. I was trying to get established as a new patient. NOTE: I did NOT have any issues or pre-existing conditions. I was told the appointment would be 30 minutes. I had 3 technicians come in and put their hands in my mouth. By then I had been there an hour. I protested that this was just supposed to be a visit to get me established as a patient. The 3rd technician then went and got the dentist. The dentist (without asking what the issue was) asked me to leave. I never raised my voice or used any bad language. Why was I told my initial appointment would be 30 minutes when it obviously would take longer? Why did the dentist ask me to leave without talking to me? I think this clearly underlines their poor customer service and how little they value the people they are supposed to help.

Dr. Kulczynski has done great work for myself and family. We have been going to her for over a year and haven't been disappointed. Her office makes you feel comfortable and at home. The staff is always friendly and the kids love the dog. I would definitely recommend her.

She is an excellent Dentist. Amazing attention to detail. Very kind and compassionate.

It took three trips to get my impressions done for dentures. The service dog was quiet and still but with the puppy barking I felt like I was at the vets office. Modern office setting but there was dog hair and stains on the carpet.
