Misrepresentation re: insurance coverage, be warned. I ended up at Dr. Brislin's office because the person at the desk said yes, my cleaning/exam would be covered by my insurance (Guardian). They never mentioned that they were out of network and before you say "oh you should have checked," I did, but often insurance listing(s) as to whether someone is in/out of network isn't correct - the provider/billing has the ability to confirm with the best accuracy (this was my job for 10 years, so I know). While in the chair, the hygienist, prior to taking X-rays, went to the desk to confirm they'd be covered by my insurance (I noted that I didn't want anything that wasn't covered), she came back and said they would be covered. Long story short, on my way out, I was told I owe money b/c the dentist is out of network. Services were fine but I just got hit with a $179 bill due to their misrepresentation... services were fine, but dishonest billing practices. Be warned.

First visit today upon opening from coronavirus. Very calming experience and thorough with all cleanliness and explaining everything. I felt very safe. Thank you to all. Amazing office, Dr, and staff. Kathy Lima

Very good experience at Dr. Brislin's dentistry. Both Diana and Dr. Brislin were very helpful! Friendly atmosphere, too.
