The hygienists are trustworthy but Dr. Poloff herself has missed too many problems that should show up on x-rays.

Dr. Polloff is always in a rush and distracted when doing procedures. Her practice also has some serious concerns with their insurance and billing standards. I was charged for an X-ray, even after they said they were able to use the one from another dentist. They said that my insurance didn't cover it - well of course they didn't. Because you were supposed to use the X-rays that were transferred over. This practice stinks of grimy nickel-and-diming practices.

Poor quality dental work which needed referrals to other dentist for repair:examples crown which ended in tooth being extracted; bonding which lasted for 4 days and needed repairs. Maximum office charges, and deceptive compliance with legitimate dental insurance payment. Difficultly in receiving reimbursements for overcharges. Unfriendly and unhelpful office staff.Dr. Poloff appeared rush through dental services to patients.
