Dr. Linda Hippler, DDS

Very friendly team.

Doesn't listen or communicate well. Takes on work she can't handle and passes it off to even less experienced staff. Over 6 months for a 1-day job elsewhere. Creates a new problem every visit and doesn't take ownership. Ruined several teeth and my bite. Has left me in pain. Very defensive. Deferral of ownership. It seems their high ratings are from cleanings and small procedures. They can't handle actual work and do not take feedback well. After taking nearly $5k, admits the job is more than they are accustomed to and recommends both parties would be more comfortable if I found a new provider. No offer to refund or pay for additional damages they caused. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.

Very bad experience. Dr. Hippler does not listen or answer questions well leaving patient confused. She does not explain conditions well making patient make several appointments. Appointment is always rushed; spends more time educating her asst. rather than the patient. Does unnecessary procedure and charges for it. Trial and error for something she does not know but damage is costly and irreparable. Good points: Surroundings clean. Easy to make appointment.

Too busy. Seems to be rushing.

I wanted to take a minute to thank Dr. Hippler and her staff for taking the extra measures to make me feel safe during my visit today. All the precautions were well thought out to keep myself and her staff safe during these unusual times. I especially appreciated this extra effort because I have loved ones who are immunocompromised.

I am an 80- year old gentleman who was a patient of Grandpa Hippler. I was living out of state for a long time and did not know they were around. Another dentist performed unnecessary surgery on my gum and told me to throw my dentures away so he could put new ones in. My insurance notified me of dentists that accept me for a patient and I found Dr. Hippler and was filled with joy. Dr. Linda Hippler made two exceptional adjustments and saved my dentures. She told me she had special training for this because my lower denture snapped onto pins that were implanted. Thank you, Dr. Hippler.

I’ve been going to Dr Hippler since she started her career. Actually her dad was my dentist , when I was a kid. Dr Hippler is very kind, professional, and always provides valuable suggestions when I ask about various dental issues (manual vs electric toothbrushes, tooth whiteners, sensitive toothpaste). I also thoroughly enjoy every staff member that I’ve met at her office. Easy to make appointments. Never an issue with billing. Carrie the hygienist is a blast! Highly recommend.

My last visit with Dr. Hippler was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I have a lot of anxiety over doctors and dentists, and when I shared my concerns with Dr. Hippler and her team, everyone was extremely kind and patient with me. I left her office smiling and feeling quite confident, and I'm not nervous at all for the next two appointments that I have to get my smile back on track! I can't recommend Dr. Hippler enough!

We’ve had two little ounces switch to this dentist in the last two months. Based on both experiences, we have been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and Dr. herself. We plan to switch everyone in our family over to this practice moving forward.

Dr. Hippler has been my family dentist since I was a child. She has always shown interest in my personal life and takes time to explain all dental procedures thoroughly. Her office is amazing!

Dr. Hippler and her colleagues have helped me twice when I needed it most!! They're the best! First, one of my fillings fell out on my birthday, hours before I was set to fly for a vacation. Dr. Hippler saw me that morning, and I flew with a great new filling! Second, my dental insurance was set to expire a week from when I called next, and they got me in beforehand for a cleaning! Everyone is professional, helpful, kind, and offer excellent follow-up care. I'm very grateful for this dentist

This is my 10th year of great dental care with Dr. Hippler and her wonderful staff. I’ve lost my sense of dental dread since I’ve been under her care, which stemmed from a bad experience with another dentist 30 years ago. I highly recommend her!

Going to the dentist is not on my list of "favorite things to do". That being said, going to a dentist who is highly qualified and kind makes the experience better. The staff is very friendly! Kudos to Bob for always being entertaining while cleaning my teeth. Would highly recommend Dr. Hippler!

Very thorough and always reassuring

I have been a patient of Dr. Linda Hippler for a long time. I started with her Dad, Charles G., and I believe my mother went to Dr. Linda's Grandfather, so they really are the only dentists we've had. The staff is friendly, Robert, one of the techs, is wonderful. Dr. LInda is kind, compassionate, takes the time to talk to you and explain everything she is doing or is going to do if you need work done at a future appointment. Highly recommend her practice and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Linda Hippler has been our family dentist for decades. She is kind, direct, trustworthy, and sensible in her approach to dental care. When my mother was ill and nearing end of life, she was losing weight and her dentures were not fitting like they used to, which caused sores, which caused her not to eat. Not only did Dr. Hippler and staff make accommodations to get my mother in for urgent care, she even visited my mom at her assisted living facility to make sure my mom was healing and eating
