Incompetent staff.
The single staff member has screwed up every appointment I've ever had because she can't remember I have a joint replacement. My teeth are left to rot.

I have gone to Dr. Barnes for my dental care for well over 30 years and I have never been disappointed with her professionalism and skill as a dentist. She and her staff are warm, friendly, caring people and make you feeling right at home when you go to see them for your dental care. Doctor Barnes and her staff are the very best in my book.
