Old office, unprofessional staff
Receptionist became angry with me because the forms wouldn't not submit on my phone. I found this odd to be something to become that angry with someone about it. It was just a technical issue. Dental hygienist and dentist forced a procedure on me that I never consented. They assumed I didn't speak English and never spoke to me like a human being.
