Worst customer service in my life. Dr. Libby was very good with my kids, but the administrative staff fails her business. The main issue is with the billing department and their inability to communicate with their patients. I was appalled by the way I was spoken to by the billing manager. As I research this office, my story is one of many. Please take warning- the staff at Dr. Libby's office has continuous failed Dr. Libby and her patients, and will do the same to you without hesitation.

Dr. Libby and staff are so friendly, sweet, kind, caring, and patient. We love the experience our 2 little ones have every time they visit Dr. Libby. Both of our kids are well taken care of every single visit. There aren't enough words to describe how great everyone is at Desert Ridge Pediatric Dentistry. You all truly are exceptional.

Dr Libby provides excellent care. She is very professional, provides quality services and more importantly takes time and great care of both my children. One has sensory issues and yet he doesn't mind having her work on his teeth. She goes above and beyond!
