Dr. Levi Evalt, DDS

I cannot say for sure how the dentist is, because I didn’t see him. I do, however, know the staff up front are all very friendly. They squeezed me in same day, and I was coming from Wesleyville! I left my insurance and license there, and one of the girls ran it out to me, as I was in my van leaving, which I appreciated. I didn’t see the Dr, because I left before I could be seen. I just couldn’t guarantee that I’d make it back there, as a regular patient. I’m starting to think I should have at least tried, in case the Dr. was as kind as the staff.

Caring staff, Dr. Levi is friendly and compassionate. Makes you feel valued.

It's been 6 mths said fillings were needed and they have cancelled my appointment 5 times! Everytime it gets close to the appointment date they need to reschedule.

Dr.Evalt and staff were by far the best dental experience I've ever had.I had all my teeth pulled,little to no pain.They were professional but friendly.i wish he would have been my dentist from beginning,I would still have my teeth!

Wierd place. Tension between staff made me uncomfortable

Cold manners. Rude staff and the dentist was aggressive.

Dr Evalt was a very knowledgeable dentist. He didn't talk down to me even though I let my teeth go. The staff was nice to me too

I myself am not comfortable going to a dentist..who is?? Anyways i was referred there by my cousin. Scared out of my mind i knew that my teeth had to come out! Every single one of them! I almost died from them..I explained my fears to this particular dentist and his assistants and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They treated me well the procedure went great and considering i had every single tooth taken out in one day i had little to no pain the following day.. awesome!!

I wouldn't recommend anybody go to Dr.evalt.he messed my mouth up,and won't fix it.he won't even pull my bone fragments.he pulled all my teeth except one.he left a wisdom tooth in.it hurts and has lumps on it,and he says it's fine,they been there for about a month and a half.he pulled all my teeth,but one in less than an hour.I have eight bone fragments,he won't pull.he won't even see me until I get fitted for dentures,with bone fragments,that's not going to happen,I can't even get dentures now.

Dr Evalt and his staff are wonderful. I originally set out to get dentures, and they convinced me to go a different route to keep my existing teeth for many reasons. I have always had a serious anxiety about the dentist but they made me feel comfortable there and did very thorough work, explaining everything along the way. My new smile says it all and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Horrible experience, Child had broken tooth from a trampoline accident... Took to dr evalt. BAD IDEA. They wanted to pull the tooth( okay fine it's a baby tooth) they held her down asking me to hold her feet( me thinking they were going to numb her mouth) NOPE REACHED IN AND PULLED HALF THE TOOTH. Meanwhile my daughter is screaming and crying..HIS WIFE OR WHATEVER SHE IS SAYS TO MY DAUGHTER YOURE NOT A BIG GIRL AND CANT LEAVE UNTIL YOU STOP CRYING. She was 5!!!!! Sick people.

I went in for only x-rays for my wisdom teeth...I had a cleaning done that went fine then Dr. Evalt comes in and man handles my face demands I open my jaw wider and just starts injecting my gums....He assumed I wanted my fillings done there not once did I get asked what I wanted done or my options....I would never recommend anyone to go to any of the affordable smiles....they make it a fast paced environment and juggle too many patients at once....
