Dr. Lee Myers, DDS

Our family has been a long-time user Melford Dental and overall, we have been very pleased with the dentistry provide by Dr. Lee Meyers office. However, their front office made a serious error that has the potential to cost our family hundreds of dollars of expenses that will not be covered by insurance. Specifically, in October 2023 Melford Dental dropped Dominion Dental from their list of insurance they accept. They not only failed to inform us of their business decision during the open-season window, they failed to inform us during a November 2023 cleaning appointment and a crown procedure in April 2024. We only found out in May 2024 when I went in for a teeth cleaning. During this visit I informed the front office that our secondary dental rider under our medical plan was discontinued and to not bill them. My experience was horrible I had over 20,000 dollars in dental work that started to fall apart within that next year , my crowns kept falling out one by one they where shaped bad and did not have a good appearance I kept paying for work that they never completed. Please do not get any major dental work done here they are Good for cleanings and fillings but anything cosmetic will fail you and you will be waisting money and trying to find someone else to fix their mistakes in no time.

The wait time is terrible. It takes forever for your crowns to come in. If the crown does not come is when promised, they do not bother calling to reschedule your appointment . The are not good at crowns whatsoever. Please look elsewhere.

Bad experience with staff with no individual care, no TV in waiting room,wait time two to three hours, very hot and stuffy, fan used on client while being treated, building old and unsafe nothing to read while waiting for appointment, staff discusses personal business with in range of clients hearing

This is the worst dentist in Memphis!!! They never call you back and are very unprofessional!! They do horrible work! I had a new bridge that was put in incorrectly and within 3 years needed to be replaced. They will not complete the replacement. I will try to see how to file a complaint with the dental board.
