Dr. Akens is one of the best dentists I’ve had. He is very informative and provides you with rationale on treatment being provided. He is very caring and wants to ensure you receive the best treatment. He will refer out if he does not feel comfortable proceeding to ensure you’re safe at all costs. He works with children as well and appears to be a wonderful pediatric dentist! He speaks very calmly and is so gentle. I definitely recommend him for anyone who is afraid of the dentist or anyone who wants to have the best dentist who wants what is best for your treatment! The staff at cloudland, sweetwater are also very kind and informative as well.
