Dr. Lawrence Koussa, DDS

Terrible experience across the board. This dentist made me uncomfortable while sitting in the chair getting examined - had his stomach pressed against my head while leaning over the table. They also sent me a late payment bill without ever sending an initial one and only retracted the interest charge once I called and complained. The invoice had no information about what I was charged for. They didn't check if I'd had x-rays done at my previous dentist before performing them so I got billed for something my insurance wouldn't cover. I will not go to this dentist again.

Best office personnel anywhere in Tucson. They reflect the kind of dentist Dr Koussa is. First time I was treated so well. Awesome Dr., assistants, hygienist, receptionist...all first class.

poor attitude. did not finish work he started. office billed insurance and got paid for something that was not done. have to call several times as they don't return calls. only in office 3

I had my semi-annual cleaning this week. Leigh Ann did a great job as usual. Dr. Koussa and his staff are great and they take my dental plan.

Dr. Koussa and all his staff are great! I have been going there for over 35 years and have always had superior service. My dental health is excellent and I owe lots of that to Dr. Koussa. I also find everyone there fun and friendly!

Dr. Koussa and staff are friendly, efficient and professional. During bridge work Dr. Koussa's assistant suggested I breathe through my nose and wiggle my toes to reduce any discomfort. Great advice! Plan to use the same technique when I fill out my taxes later this month.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The doctor was efficient and diligent in his work. Let me know a few times I needed to floss more but didn’t beat me up about. Had a filling and that was quick and painless. The cleaning was excellent and the exam was thorough and in-depth. Would definitely recommend!

It was a surprise to me to have Dr Koussa himself do my cleaning but it was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. The staff was very professional and I was pleased that they accepted my insurance.

Dr. Koussa and his staff are excellent. Always friendly and they do a top notch job of putting a smile on my face. They have met my dental needs for close to a decade. Lee Ann did my x-rays and cleaned my teeth. She is an expert. Her work is painless and efficient. One of my co-workers was having a dental emergency and they worked her in and took care of her emergent need. She too spoke highly of the care they provided. :)

Had an emergency on my molar. Dr. Koussa got me in right away. I would highly recommend this office. Always pleasant and courteous.

After a horrible experience at a previous dentist I was super scared to get my next filling. Thankfully my experience with Dr. Koussa was nothing to fear! He only used a little novacaine & was finished in minutes with no pain. It's a relief to have a dentist you can trust!
