If you are an anxious patient…
My dentist said I needed three root canals and referred me to Dr. Shin for further assessment. Dr. Shin is professional, kind, empathetic. The best quality, in addition to those previously mentioned, is that Dr. Shin is a good listener. She listened to my concerns about pain and previous experiences, then addressed them without judgement or bias. She performed two root canals the same day and made sure I was still pain-free throughout the procedure. If you are a nervous nelly and a pain weenie as I am, Dr. Shin is the professional you need to see. In fact, the entire staff is amazing. All I can say is that any future issues that need this specialty will go to this talented woman.Got my 3rd root canal already scheduled!
