The doctor wanted me to take an X-ray when I went for dental cleaning. I agreed even though reluctantly, since I don't have any concerns for my teeth, and I tried to avoid taking too frequent X-rays. Somehow, they tried twice taking the X-ray, but the images not showing on the computer. I refused to try the third times. Then this Doctor refused to let her hygienist clean my teeth, saying I either continue to try to get an X-ray image or I must reschedule. It is their failure for computer to register x-ray image, I don’t have to be their guinea pig to try again and again and expose to more x-rays. Of course I refused. Eventually I have to go without the scheduled dental cleaning. Later I asked the insurance company, dental cleaning and doctor’s examination can be separate claims. Even though she could not exam me due to the lack of x-ray images, they should still do my scheduled dental cleaning. The decline is totally not reasonable. I will not recommend her to other people.
