Exspensive, rude staff and not helpful
I saw Bracken for implants to stabilize my bottom denture. For upwards of $7,000, I received 4 mini implants. After surgery, I was released with no instructions on how to care for implants. After 2 months the denture she made me broke in half and the implant fell out while eating a salad. When I called the office I was again treated rudely by staff and was instructed that dentist was out of the office for a month but had me come in. They took a x-ray which I have no teeth and charged me $350. I was then told they would not see me or fix my denture unless I saw a specialist in Greenwood that charged $450 for first visit. I have no dental insurance so I am paying out of pocket for all this. I don't understand why specialist is necessary and the specialist did not fully understand either but I did learn he could place 2 large more stable implants for half the price of the minis she placed and that those type of implants he will not place for clients. Here I sit months later no denture.

Not good for children. Children as young as three are required to be treated and seen without a parent present.

Dr. Bracken and her staff are always very friendly and helpful. I've been coming to Dr. Bracken's office for 12 years and have never had a bad experience.

If you like to get billed for work you didn’t receive, treated with contempt and continually get your appointments rescheduled then this is the dentist for you!

Dr. Bracket and her staff were very friendly and helpful during my procedure. They truly care about their patients and do everything they can to make sure that you are comfortable while you are there.
