Our family treated with Dr. Snyder for approximately 25 years without incident; however, the practice was sold and the quality of care diminished. In the process of receiving a crown, one of the dentists ground my tooth to small to receive the crown. This result required an extraction and implant. The office manager refused to pay for the extraction and implant. In fact, she refused to even discuss the issue with me.
