Very disappointing. I had a crown put on by Dr. Beck who retired and recommended Dr. Rains. The crown fell off four times in 6 or so months. I paid to have it cemented back three times, but the fourth time I told them they should not charge me. They refused. They should have fixed it correctly the first time.

It is always hard to start over with a new dentist, but when I left Dr. Rains's office, I felt like I had been a patient for years. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is one of friendliness; I would refer this gentlemen and his staff to everyone.
