Aggressive and Unprofessional
Screwed up my teeth, threated to throw me out when I said I wouldn't accept the quality of work. Refused to believe anything I said, and it was quite arduous to get the issue to a tolerable level before leaving, so that I can have a different dentist fix it in the future. Said I was being an ---hole for giving feedback when asked during the process.

First Visit
My initial experience with Dr. Bailey was very positive. As his appearance in place of our regular dentist came as a complete surprise I was probably more observant of his mannerisms both in his interactions with me and with his staff. I found him and his staff to be very professional.as well as cordial. First impression was great, treatment was great, dental work was as expected. As good as a trip to the dentist as possible.

During a visit in Prescott, this dental office was recommended to me. I was so impressed by their warmth and their attentiveness that, during 3 years, I have continued to return when I visit from France for all my major dental needs. The quality of their work is exceptional and Marie is really an artist. Plus I never felt any pain! I will recommend them to anyone. Josette Forest
