The worst treatment I have ever experienced. I go a root canal done she had to do the procedure 5 times because she kept saying it was a small hole that I guess she kept bypassing so she had to take before and after ex-rays in my mouth each time. I have a toride so having these ex-rays done in my mouth was very painful I was gagging it was extremely painful and she showed not one bit of concern about the pain she was causing. She was fussing at me like I was a child. I was trying my best to be humble and praying just to get it done a get this finished.I was in tears I kept having to get stuck with the needle she was streching. The exray thing she put in my mouth made scrapes all at the top and sides of my mouth. When she was doing my root canal she had to use fire for some reason she burnt my lip and sayed dont move which I didnt she burnt me and didnt even apoligize. I was in so much pain towards the end I couldnt take anymore. I payed for my services went to my car and cryed

By far the best dentist I have ever seen. Her bedside manor is second to none. She made my root canal and crown installation completely painless and dare I say a pleasure. This is coming from someone who has avoided dentists like the plague for 10 years. Thankfully I can say my phobia has been cured by Dr. Ochana!

Dr. Ochana was very friendly today. She works at Dr. English practice on Hamilton St. in Richmond, VA. I generally have a high level of anxiety when visiting a dentist but she assured me that it would not be painful and the filling would not require me to obtain Novocaine. She filled my cracked took and polished it within 20 mins. This dentist is the best I've been to at date. Highly recommended! RN
