HORRIBLE, just HORRIBLE office staff. Make sure you confirm all procedures with them before they are done and if insurance will cover because if you have any issues, they deal with it by just not calling back. The initial person made me feel like a terrible mother questioning my bill (which insurance usually covers) but said she would have their billing person call me to discuss. Three weeks later and three times me calling, asking for her to call, NOTHING! The dentist is nice enough, my son has been coming here for over 3 years, but I don't think she knows her office/billing staff is so rude and terrible with her patients. We will be going somewhere else for sure. Plenty of good dentists in Tucson with helpful staff.

It was another pleasant visit. staff members are very welcoming and helpful. Their wait time is slim to none. Their Covid protocol is up to par. Their office is very clean, organized, up-to-date and extremely “homey”. Dr Hollen is quick, efficient and so quick to soothe our toddler! Dr. Hollen and her hygienist are both knowledgeable and great with children! Their space has good energy and the children can feel their authenticity

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and safe procedures in place for minimizing COVID risk. I was amazed at how calm and happy my 15 month old was during and after her first dentist visit :)

I think Dr. Hollen and her staff are wonderful! They’re friendly, and great with kids. Dr. Hollen is great about hearing my concerns and taking the time to discuss them with me. I rate four stars instead of five because is often take several weeks to months to get on the schedule, as she is very busy.

All my kids go here very good office staff and they don’t make you feel bad if your kids teeth are not there effect like other places they only show concern for the child’s well being

Dr. Hollen and her staff did a WONDERFUL job with both my children's first dental visits. One of my boys has SPD and anxiety. They calmed him down, kept him entertained, and not even a single tear was shed. Beautiful job and my son left so happy!
