I saw Megan for a cleaning. Asked if the doctor would look at a partial plate that I put the matrices on for my elderly aunt (Dr K-C had instructed me), she said of course. And Dr Kristen looked at them and listened to me and we did some troubleshooting. It was what I needed as after I left there I went to my Aunts and found the issue and we had a perfect fit. Thank you Dr. Kristen. Hopefully the third time I will have mastered this.

Been too many dentists over the years but have never experienced the up to date technology used in this office. The cleanings are awesome and you leave with your teeth feeling so clean. Had to have a crown and it was made in house, so no temporary or needing to wait. The fit was perfect. Dr. Clark Lowell is an extremely caring, friendly, dentist. I highly recommend her to everyone. In fact, recommended my sister-in-law and she called me to say that she was blown away by the appointment. She couldn't believe that dentists could be so different and Dr. Clark Lowell was the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Clark-Lowell's for many years and have had the best care. Today the bar was raised with the care I was given by Samantha. It was such a pleasure to meet someone so young, personable and caring. She is just amazing and can't praise Kristin enough for having her on her team. Thanks for giving me my SPA day.

just now Sent me a broken appointment bill even though i called and cancelled the day before. I never came into the office and was never seen. You cant bill someone that isnt even a patient. Plus, I cancelled.

I have been a patient of Dr Clark-Lowell for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I totally trust her 100% with all of my family members. Her practice is beautiful, modern and clean. Her staff is both knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend her.

Most amazing Dentist. Technology and office is awesome. First I got Ingrid on the phone and her knowledge was way more than I would ever expect. So professional but knew more than I have ever gotten on the phone. This office has someone answering that has been in dental over 30 years. Kerry the Dentists assistant was Beyond knowledgeable. I do not know how long she has been doing dental. This dentist has a staff that is grade A+ so I thought. And then I met her. She explains everything like I am her only patient for the day This practice is a great fit for me. They are just exceptional. Can not say enough.

My family and I have gone to Dr Clark-Lowell for many years. She and her staff are very friendly and caring. Dr Clark-Lowell is very knowledgeable, keeps up on the latest technology in dentistry, and helps people feel comfortable during procedures. She works with you to keep costs down. This was my first visit. My previous dentist retired. My wife and my two daughters have been going to Dr Clark-Lowell for years. Dr Clark-Lowell examined my teeth and gums. They took x-rays and showed them to me. The dental assistant was very helpful. It was a very good visit.

I had an issue with a couple of my teeth and didn’t have a dentist. This office took me in on the same day. I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years due to fear and past traumatic experiences. She and her staff were warm and welcoming and that relieved some of my anticipation. For my first visit I was so in awe of their concerns about my needs and they listened to my fears of dental procedures. I am happy to have found this group and hope that it will be a long lasting professional relationship. Thank you all so much. 5 stars here!

Multiple visits of getting fillings had to go back several times as they were never right. One was really bothering me. On like the third try she couldn’t fix or said she would have to start charging me if I came back again. For something she couldn’t get right. Never went back again

First visit was great, staff was friendly and courteous. The dentist gave me a few options for the issue I was having and made me feel at ease. Plus the office was so clean and beautiful! Definitely recommend

Dentist was late getting back from lunch. Assistant smelled like she was outside smoking before she got me to the chair. When Dentist finally got there she seemed distracted and kept checking her watch and phone. She got up to take a phone call and Assistant stood behind me texting. Pretty sure they aren't sterilizing their phones when done. When Dentist came back she tried to sell me a crown for $1,400! I was shocked! When I asked her which tooth, she said "oops" wrong patient. When they finished, I found out rates went up from prior year. Receptionist said 5% discount for cash. I felt like Dentist was more concerned about charging fees and texting on her phone than worrying about me. Looks like I'll be looking for a new dentist!

I love all of the office staff! Dr. Clark Lowell is very knowledgeable and does what's best for me. I have been to many dentists and have been with her for 6 years because of the quality, cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff.

Great doc. puts patients, their time, and pain management first - handles complex procedures with skill and patience. love the new digs!

I can't think of any reason not to give this place and this doctor less than 5 stars. My experience has been nothing less than perfect other than very slight pain which I expect at the dentist, but it is obvious they use techniques to minimize this and do everything they can to help the patient feel relaxed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Clark-Lowell's for fifteen years and I have always received consistently exceptional care by the whole team. Dr. Clark-Lowell reconstructed my mouth to a brilliant smile and I am so happy. She helped to restore my self-confidence.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lowell's since she took over the practice and she has always been top notch. She has a great staff and her office is very warm and inviting. Highly recommended. Her office is no longer on Clinton Ave, as listed above. They have been on Luker Rd for a number of years.

does not seem to know the answers to difficult dental work, and always seems to want to send you to someone else, does not do most things on her own. Doesn't seem confident in knowing your problems. Lets her associate do more than she does. she is very nice,but do not trust her experience.

Appears to lack experience needed to make correct diagnosis. Refers out for most procedures. Increases charges every year. Doesn't accept dental insurances. Charges extra if you pay with a charge card but says you have a discount if you pay for cash or by check. Seems more concerned about money than actual patient.
