Dr. Kosal Kom, DDS

I am sorry to write a negative experience that I had with this DDS Kosal Kom and I might write an anonymous letter to the California Board of Dentist too. Kosal Kom is a non-professional, careless, and incompetent skills in his practice at all. I can say, he can be a Dentist in Cambodia which is a corrupted country, but not in the USA. The negative experience I had from one time visited his office: a refilled teeth still pain and very sensitive to hot and cold, a part of my gum was cut with a mild scar, no healing up until now. He cleaned my other side of tooth without giving anesthesia. He put his fingers inside my mouth without using glove. Now my concern about the materials that use in his office might not sterile or non-sterile. The California Board of Dentist should do investigate his office for any complains and concerns regarding to Kosal Kom's malpractice.
