Dr. Carter and the staff are professional and friendly from the moment you call or walk into the building. The dental hygienist and doctor provided me with amazing service and put me on a plan that catered to my specific needs. The office and staff practiced safe cleaning procedures before COVID and continued to do so with added measures to ensure a safer environment. I would and have recommended family and friends to Dr. Carter.

Part 4-
She's located on Cleveland Ave(let's be clear, what do you expect). This area- you need to be more welcoming and more payment arrangements friendly. I eventually call another doctor while still present. Kisha then wanted to charge me $25 to email my X-ray to the other dentist office who's willing to pull my tooth, but wanted to see X-ray before hand. You want speak to me, you want pull my tooth, and now you want to charge me $25 to send and X-ray?
