Date of service 8 24 2024 Dr. Turner was personable and thorough. The office staff was very accommodating. The billing representative (Heather) was not either of the above... I received an incorrect billing statement and attempted to rectify the problem. Heather was very rude and even stated that insurance claims filed on my behalf were done as a courtesy. An untrue statement, as an in-network provider providers are required to file all claims with the insurance company. As a new patient attempting to resolve a billing error Heather was not accommodating or receptive to clearing up the problem, instead, she was extremely rude and hostile.

I have been a satisfied patient for over 7 years. My first appointment was a success because she had a definite plan to help with my gum disease. After scaling, I began to take control by practicing better dental hygiene. It was a costly investment and I had to follow through on my end. I highly recommend the maintenance program. I see either Dr. Turner or my regular dentist every 4 months. I’ve been doing it consistently and am happy to get excellent checkups. My gums have improved to the point that there is no bleeding when I floss or brush.Patty is my dental hygienist and she is professional and very personal. I enjoy her. I’m treated like family. The staff is also top notch. Very friendly. They reflect well on Dr. Turner. She is an awesome professional and I recommend her

I hate the dentist! However, so far so good. I liked her bedside manner, she seems knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Have not had my procedure yet. If anything changes will edit review.

Where do I even begin? I’m a 16 year old boy, and I needed to get a gingivectomy because of many factors including an injury I have that resulted in my front tooth breaking in half twice (being bonded back on both times). I had headed to a different periodontist before coming here originally, and had a horrible experience between the rude office staff and the ignorance of my injury. That experience left a bad taste in my mouth, so I was quite nervous coming to Dr. Turner’s. That quickly changed after entering her office. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff in a cheery manner, and they got me situated into my evaluation. I then met Megan, who is undoubtedly one of the best people I have ever seen in the dental industry (and trust me, I’ve seen a lot). Megan was so kind and understanding. She sat me down and asked about my situation, listening to my concerns, and going above and beyond by asking to see and know the history of my injury to make sure that I knew they would

Dr. Turner is highly competent, professional, and caring. She was recommended to me by Dr. Christy Cole Harpring, DDS for a complicated dental issue. The skill and teamwork exhibited by both doctors was extremely impressive. And they both do great work!

I have never been more confident in a Dental Provider! Dr. Turner took on my very complicated case several years ago after many doctors had already failed. I have never left her office feeling anything less than reassured and confident in her plan for me. She is compassionate, talented and incredibly smart! I wish I found her years ago! Being a health professional I found her through a referral of Dr copper Williams I can't say thanks enough to her and very honest and professional dental specialist. I had gum grafting procedure at her office and done without any pain and swelling and was very careful and detail oriented during procedure she knows what she is doing and will recommend what is best for your teeth and hygiene.I Highly recommend her.staff was pleasant and helpful all the time. Dr Kimberly is gentle and caring .

I would not recommend this doctor due to their unprofessional staff and rudeness,I didnt get to see the Dr so I cant honestly rate her

Absolutely awesome! Her soft nature and gentleness is almost unfounded any more! I would recommend her to anyone that wants perfect professional and empathic care! This young woman has more heart than anyone 3x her age!

Dr. Turner and staff have always been very hospitable and friendly towards our family. They check on you after surgery to see if you are feeling ok. This is the 2nd time I have used Dr. Turner - she has a very kind disposition and is very dedicated to her work. She even looked at a tooth that was done by someone else and gave me her opinion in which she was correct in stating it might be a problem later in the future. Sure enough the tooth had to be removed and replaced with an implant.

I was referred to Dr. Turner for periodontal issues by my general dentist. She took very good care of the issues and explained everything very well to me. I continue to see her for any dental needs I may have.
