Absolutely horrible dentist. He recommended I change my 6 metal fillings to resin so I agreed. He cracked two of my teeth during the procedure...then told me I needed a crown for these teeth (1000.). I asked if he could adjust the crown fee by deducting the fee I paid for him to change the filling and he said no. What an unethical and/or incompetent dentist.

I have had several wonderful and competent dentists in my lifetime. Kim Norman is not one of them. On my first visit, he recommended changing my metal fillings to resin so I agreed. He cracked two of my four teeth during the procedures and immediately advised me that I needed crowns. My metal fillings never caused any discomfort until he intervened (at a cost of $600). He refused to reduce the 1000. crown fee. I fled.
