Marvelous dentist
Marvelous visit! I have always had dental anxiety and after finding Barrett Family Dentistry - my anxiety is gone. The office is very comfortable and welcoming and the staff are great! They get to know you as a person, not a number. Dr Barrett is very compassionate and thorough. She treats you family! I feel very fortunate to be a patient in this office!!

To make a long story that I can prove short; I am SSD USA Citizen born with immune deficiency. COVID19 hits. Dr. Barrett's assistant made a horrible night guard for me and physically abraded my palate because she pushed so hard. Dr. Barrett remade the guard but now refuses to accommodate an appointment time to fit the guard that would ensure I was not exposed to others in a practice where they are cleaning the mouth (the primary epicenter of COVID19). She earlier agreed she would fit the mouth guard first thing on a morning when they opened. Now she refuses. This is negligence in the face of COVID19; this is discrimination against me as a SSD American who actually was born with an immune deficiency. I asked her to send me a refund and my records. She sent me a form to fill out to get my records. Now Dr. Barrett will receive my written response. The records belong to her; the content belongs to me. Under HIPAA, for continuity of care, you cannot charge for records. SHAME...

I've had wonderful experiences at Barrett Family Dentistry. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very compassionate. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. I am a big chicken when it comes to dental work and I'm very comfortable here. Dr Barrett makes sure I'm comfortable and talks me through all the steps as she works! And she's a great dentist! I'd recommend her to everyone!
