All around good experience. I had car trouble on the way to my first appointment but they were totally understanding and still got me in after my appointment time. Came back the next week to have my root cannel retreat done. Everyone there was friendly, and the doctor even complemented my shoes as she came in and had some causel conversation before getting down to business which was nice, makes you feel like they aren't in a hurry like most dentist seem to be. She explained everything and then got to work. Definitely would be happy to go back and have other work done there

I needed a root canal and the scheduler was able to get me in within a week of my calling. This was my first time at this clinic. It turned out that there had been a long-ago root canal on that tooth which needed to be removed before the new procedure could take place. Dr. Nguyen handled this hitch in stride and everything was completed in that appointment. The office is modern and well equipped. Isaac, the PA who was with me throughout, was cordial and skilled. The appointment started on time but was never rushed.Everyone, from reception on, was helpful and nice, but the star was Dr. Nguyen. She came in and touched my arm as she introduced herself--'I'm Tina'. I was immediately put at ease and we chatted a bit as things were set up. She then explained to me very clearly what the situation was and what would need to be done. As she worked she occasionally hummed quietly, which further relaxed me because it meant she was confident. Need an endodontist? Call Pacific Endodontics.

Two root canals in one sitting, absolutely painless, no subsequent complications. Dr. Nguyen is engaging and highly professional. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone needing these types of services.
