Dr. Khosrow Azizi, DMD

Had an unsatisfactory experience here. Dr. seems very nice at first, the problem is the treatment plan for me did not work. He was not able to straighten my teeth out and removed braces prematurely. All my teeth shifted back even with continued use of retainers that were provided. One of my retainers snapped in 6 months and I was told that they do not keep ANY files of your previous molds. Instead you have to make an appointment, make a new mold, and then pay multiple hundreds of dollars for a flimsy plastic tray, each time it breaks. Since my teeth all shifted back, he offered to do another treatment, at additional 6k. No discounts. First 6k down the drain.

Advertised Complimentary consultations are really not entirely free. Once in the chair, numerous x-rays are performed as part of the consultation.($500 +) If you do not chose Dr. Aziz’s office for orthodontics after the consultation, either you or your insurance are charged for all the x-rays. Ask and know exactly what is included with the advertised free consultation before you decide to have your mouth evaluated.

I wanted to use this practice after seeing a neighbor’s teeth, but after seeing so many of his social media posts, Facebook, Instagram, etc with photos of the Doctor’s face mask not covering his nose, I will go elsewhere for better hygiene practices. I hope for everyone’s safety he is more mindful of his mask placement.

Dr. Azizi has treated both of my boys. One with Invisalign & one with Braces. The result is amazing. He is exceptional, very kind & professional. Like the staff too. they are always sincere & friendly. I am ready to start my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Azizi. I like how they work with me regarding late and early morning appointments. I recommend this office to all my family member & Friends.

One side of mouth was narrow. Dr Azizi said he could move the side without any other teeth moving, all my other teeth were great with a good bite. He charged me for a long case invisalyn. After third tray all my front teeth moved, I asked to see prescription he drew up and video. Video showed all my teeth moving, even the front teeth. By tray 3 front teeth were flaring. So upset. Then found out I was only prescribed short treatment trays but charged for long treatment. Smile ruined. Avoid.
