So I make an appointment more than 12 days out. Give all my information including insurance information. In less than 24 hours before the appointment the is the voice mail I receive. ““Good morning _____this is Teresa calling from Sandy Hills family dental and I know we had confirm your appointment for tomorrow at 8 o'clock um but I was looking at your insurance information that you had given me and we are not on this plan um we can still see if you'd like but not with the insurance it would have to be a cash patient thank you and have a nice day…” Doesn’t check insurance until just before the appointment. Seems shady to me. Cash payment only SCAM ALERT! Do not let these people steal your money never the less waste you time

Dr. Nguyen tried to fit a crown into a space by grinding down my existing upper crown even though I told her the new crown was 1/8-1/4 inch to high even though it fit into the margins. In the end she filed the new crown down, I was told to come back the next day for a new crown and 20% will be deducted from my overall bill for my crown. That evening the crown broke in half leaving my tongue to get raw. I went back the next day, same nice fit in the margins but high. I just wanted to go, I was told about the bargain I was getting as a senior... 333.00 for a deep cleaning... same price as my other dentist, and was showed the price for my crown at around 2,400. But was given so called discount of under 1,000. I have never paid over a 1,000 for a crown. I didn’t want to drive all the way across town to my regular dentist. That will never happen again. I did not accept the gift offered. My fit is still not right and hurts.
