Incompetent dentist. I went because I was having pain when chewing on a particular tooth. He examined the area, took an xray, couldn't make a diagnosis, so decided he needed a full head scan $150 He still couldn't offer any diagnosis, and said that I should see an endodontist in Ocala. So without being able to even determine which tooth was the problem, nor provide a diagnosis of any kind, he wanted me to see a root canal dentist that he knows. I instead went to a more qualified dentist 1 day later. I brought the disc from the head scan xray, since I'd paid $150 for it and didn't wish to have any more radiation to my head. The new dentist was able to pinpoint the tooth that was cracked and had a loose filling with just a simple exam and a targeted xray of that area only. He said the head xray was useless and he couldn't understand why it had even been done. Dr Snyder also lists services on his website that he said he does not feel competent to do, ie. root canals, extractions, etc.

The worst experience I have ever had in every sense. I had disastrous outcome

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Snyder since he opened his practice and we can't imagine ever going to another Dentist. He is kind, gentle, he listens to your concerns, he will take the time to go over your options with you. His staff has been with him for many years, and are so friendly. His hygienists are the best in the county! We use Nancy as our hygienist and she (along with Dr. Snyder) has literally saved my husband's teeth and has Helped me take better care of my teeth...
