What stood out the most on my semiannual cleaning was the great job Angie did. I do miss the fresh brewed coffee, K cups just aren’t the same.

Large, friendly staff.

I have been going to Park Place Dental for many years and always was seen on time and seen in an emergency. The care I have received has always been pain free, I have a low tolerance for tooth pain. I love my dental hygienist and dentist because they take the time to explain and answer my questions. Yes, sometimes I ask for explanation and they take the time to explain why or how. I have never had any problems.

Pleasant time at this office. They were efficient yet caring about my needs. I naturally get anxiety with any doctor. But not here. This is my new home.

I can't refer Dr. Shelton after this. Amy, You have texted and emailed me numerous times in the last two days about my copay balance on top of mailing me a bill. I responded with a text and email letting you know I will pay it when I get paid but you have continued to harass me by sending more text and emails and I am at work so you are now blocked from texting me. I have been coming to Dr. Shelton for over four years and have never owed a bill of any kind to him or anyone else as far as that goes and K work for the government do have no plans of not paying this small bill. I am not happy with the changes Dr. Shelton has made with some of the office staff as I feel more like a dollar bill than a human being to you all. Please just cancel my appointment on the 18th and any others going forward, I will find another dental practice who appreciates my business. I will pay this final bill when I get paid. I want you to mail me all of my dental records. JoAnna Toth

Simply Excellent!

Everyone was very courteous and professional as always.

I am so excited and satisfied. After a total extraction of all my teeth and wearing soft lined upper and lower dentures for the past 6 months, Dr. Shelton switched me over to hard lined dentures today. I can honestly say that I feel like I have the teeth I was born with. He did a fantastic job. The fit is perfect and what a pleasure to get back to eating anything I desire because of the confidence I have in my dentures maintaining there fit and staying in place. It was quite a process. Dr. Shelton was terrific in telling me from the start how the total process would go. As a result, there were never any surprises. What a gifted and talented man he is. You will have to excuse me now, I am going out and order the biggest steak at my favorite restaurant !!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and courteous to me and my young son. Angie our hygienist is super awesome and careful with both of us but especially Jacob my 12 yr old. Dr. Shelton is also very professional and precise but also has that friend like attitude and will discuss in-depth if needed about any procedures you may need or he would suggest. I never second guess the team at Park Place Dental and we love them. I would go to them amd suggest anyone needing work or a new dentist to try them out, you will not be disappointed.
