I give one star because this dentist IS nice and so is the receptionist; however, if you ACTUALLY want to GO to the dentist to get clean teeth, this is not who you want to be going to. Out of maybe 6 appointments, 50% have been cancelled, never to be rescheduled. This office is always suddenly closed on random days, they send a text saying they'll call you back and never do. They don't return phone calls. One patient needed multiple appointments and they cancelled them, leaving the patient only partially treated.... it's absolutely terrible. Maybe it's just a business facade up for tax fraud..... Of course, insurance only covers this dentist and one other in Chesapeake, soooo we will all have rotting teeth and abscesses without a dentist to go to :/

I tried to call to make an appointment, because this dentist was the only one covered by my insurance that Cigna said was accepting patients so I selected him as my provider, but the receptionist wouldn’t even let me explain that. As soon I said I hadn’t actually seen him before yet, she said “oh well he isn’t accepting new patients,” which isn’t even true.

He was fair and processional,an average dentist. But he has great bedside manner.

Dr Jennings has to be one of the BEST Dentist in the area if not the country! He is the ultimate professional and is gifted in his trade! I would highly recommend him to anyone,

Dr Jennings does great work. I recently had major dental work and I am completely satisfied with the job he did.
