I have never needed a root canal so I checked with other people and read reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to be met with so much kindness, thoroughness and attention to my questions. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Cunningham and assistant were professional along with being down to earth. I was nervous since I didn’t know what to expect. Dr explained everything as he was helping me to feel informed and relaxed. I have every confidence in my experience!!

The office staff were terrible. Never even got a hold of my insurance company. Never called me back. Dr. Cunningham is great but he needs new office staff.

This Dr. Is amazing. Complete explanation of procedure and was treated with respect and dignity. His staff very efficient and kind. Dr. Cunningham work was great, no pain and complete attention during my appointment.

Dr. Cunningham and staff are incredible! This is the best dental experience I have ever had. For someone who fears dentists/dental procedures, I felt very calm in his office. The front staff is wonderful and are great at explaining the insurance costs. The dental hygienists are wonderful, so polite and never rushing you through your appointment. Dr. Cunningham is the best dentist I have ever seen. He is so efficient and my root canal was done with no pain. He was very thorough and calm during the procedure which made me calm. He was very patient and explained any of the pressure/sounds were during the root canal. I was offered water and a blanket to make me comfortable. My experience for a root canal was better than my normal dental cleanings every six months! His office is great at answering questions when you call, they make you feel like you are the only appointment he has that day. Best experience ever, highly recommend to anyone!

I was very pleased with the care I received - from the moment I called the office to ask about insurance (incredibly thorough- I even explained to the lady, I typically get off the phone feeling so ignorant and she helped me understand it all) the office staff was kind when I arrived, the assistant attending while I received my procedure was easy to talk to and engaged with me about things unrelated to my teeth. When the Dr came in he was light hearted and personable- making my daughter and I both laugh and asked caring questions pertaining to my recent dental plight. And as he performed the procedure he explained everything- even to the specifics of how long the loud sound would last or how to get his attention if I needed it- as I would be unable to holler at him :) Post procedure he also explained very well what had just happened and what to expect in the next few hours and days. The assistant was also very educated and able to answer me. They also called to follow up & check on me

Dr. Cunningham and his entire staff is amazing. The customer service I received was 10+ star. (Bernie is AWESOME) Had a painless root canal and Dr. Cunningham was so patient and kind and explained everything as we went along. I will use him in the future for all root canals.

Dr. Cunningham is very personable, considerate, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. No one wants to have a root canal; but if you need one, he has my recommendation.

This is the first time I have had a shot in my mouth where I did not cry. Dr. Cunningham understood my fear of dental work and was gentle and answered all my questions. I've been treated by numerous Dentists and Endodontists in my 70 years, but none as superior as Dr. Cunningham and his team. I received in depth explanations for every facet of root canal retreatment --- Then had the best overall treatment I've experienced.

Great staff with a friendly environment. Would definitely recommend this doctor for any procedure he offers. I have never been able to get numb on first attempt but he did it first time. Good guy that seems to care about his staff.

My appointment with Dr. Cunningham was a great experience, considering this was a procedure I dreaded. He put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly, answering all of my questions. My procedure was done and I am very pleased with the entire process. I complement his supporting staff for their expertise and kindness shown to me. I have no hesitation to return to Dr. Cunningham if needed in the future .

I had a root canal done with Dr. Cunningham yesterday. This is my second root canal. What an awesome doctor he is! Not only he is legitimately nice, but he is extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly, he made sure I understood everything and took his time to show me what was wrong with my tooth. For the root canal procedure, he was done in 45 minutes. The staff is SUPER friendly and I got a call before my visit telling me how much my examination would be - which was very help

Excellent care. I had been referred to Dr. Cunningham as a specialist for a difficult root canal. He did a great job. I felt at ease at the dentist (which is unusual for me) and he, and his staff, treated me with respect and were able to make a overly difficult root canal (for other dentists) seem routine and easy to do. Expecting a couple of hours because of the difficulty, I was pleasantly surpised when I walked out the door in under an hour. Amazing work. Great Dentist.
