Have had 2 previous bite guard/ retainers made by Dr. Cassidy with minimal problems. This time the bite guard was made incorrectly and would not even come close to fitting. They retook impressions and rescheduled me to come back in. Unfortunately, when I came back the new bite guard didn't fit either. Dr. Cassidy said he thought he could manually adjust it, but after 45 minutes of adjustments it still did not fit (would not click over teeth at all, caused severe pain every time I bit down, etc).
