I would like to say Dr. Winters is incredible. Hoeever this review is more directed to HealthGrades. Your site says she is accepting new patients. However, i received a call this morning 7/13/20 from Janine stating that she is NOT accepting new patients. You may want to follow up with Dr. Winters to make sure you have accurate info as your site says she is accepting new patients and her office admin Janine told me she is not.
