Shocked
This was just the 2nd time I had been to see Dr. Wallace. He made a good 1st impression, so I thought that I would return. Then over differences of my treatment he became argumentative and actually cursed at me when I stood up for myself. I am a Veteran and I feel like nobody should be treated like this. One reason I joined the military. He was very disrespectful and now he has lost all of my respect. You can do a lot better. Stay away.

Beware of this dental office! Don’t get your dentures here. After 5 months, I finally cancelled mine because I can no longer wait for it. Their office is also the only unclean dental office I’ve ever been in. Use them at your own risk. Not so much as the dentist, but the dishonest woman who is running his practice. Make sure you document and record all your transactions and engagement with her. Keep a log because she may use it against you when things go wrong. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Would not want anyone to experience the terrible things I went through with her.

I took my children to Dr. Wallace and 1 of them needed to have 2 teeth pulled, because his baby teeth don't fall out on his own. Dr. Wallace did not numb my child's tooth before extracting it, and wouldn't stop when my child was in pain. He insisted that he had to finish the procedure, even though my son was having a panic attack and screaming in pain. My son's teeth never got numb, even after the procedure. Including prep time, extraction time, recovery time, and making an impression of my son's teeth, we were there a total of 20 minutes. I've filed complaints, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this with their child.

Dr Wallace is a good dentist, he cares about his patients abound the quality of the work they receive. His prices are fair, when I first started seeing him, I didn't have insurance, but I wasn't overcharged.

Dr. Wallace is a wonderful dentist. He is kind and caring and gentle with loads of experience. I had a cavity and could not feel the shot at all! He and his staff always make you feel at home and not a wallet with teeth. He does not push you to the most expensive dental options available. I have gone to Dr. Wallace for many years and would not go anywhere else.
