Scary when he asked his assistant if the x-ray showed a gap between the teeth. I should have ran from the office right then but was in so much pain. He had his new to the office remove the questioned tooth along with several of my implants. So now I have no teeth on the lower right of my mouth.

Pineview Dental Group review: Not the only one to write this stuff if you check reviews Horrible billing that practices predatory tactics to pay for services They will mail out false fund availability from insurance, have you conforable to do the procedure then inform you that you insurance has no funds They will state there is no way to know what insurance will cover but why has this only happen at this office They did it twice and verbally stated that the visit was covered and then ask for money I complained about their shady practices and they stated they would credit me back what they charged me but It never went back into my account so where did this credit go, they don't know and billed (extorted) me again for $32 more They don't know what they are doing when it comes to billing If you value you money I would go to any other dentist in town I have been in Prescott since 1991 and many dentists in this area and NEVER had so many front end representatives that are so incompetent I

Horrible Office- On multiple occasions they have told me dental work was covered by my insurance only to be denied because of the time limitation between visits. Their mistake. The latest was the doctor removed himself from my dental plan and nobody in the office informed me- so the latest claims were denied at my expense. They did work with me on that- but where is the communication to the patient? They harass us on appointment confirmations. Looking for a new dentist. Too bad because Dr. Glass is good just can't deal with the office.

Fantastic dentist in every respect. Gentle touch, great communication, really cares about patients. He's also superb with patients who are afraid of dentists. He's also really funny.
