Dr. Kenneth Francsis, DDS

My daughter and I have been going to Dr Francis’s office for at least 15 years and we are sick and tired of the unprofessional and substandard service. Two days ago we called because she had what appeared to be an unusual open cut in her mouth that was very painful. Upon calling we were told that Dr. Francsis was out of town. No one could see her on an emergency basis and no other provider was suggested which is unacceptable. We were told that Dr. Francis would call us next day but the receptionist who answered stated that she had no way to leave the Dr. a message when he comes into the office early the next morning before his staff and that it might be afternoon before she saw him and could relay the issue and get him engaged. It’s outrageous that they have no system in place to pass along a medical issue with all the technology in the world today. I suggested texting or email to the receptionist. I was told that they don’t do that. I then suggested leaving him a note on his office door, the inner doors of the office so he could see it when he walked in, then I suggested a note on his desk and finally I suggested on the bathroom door or on the toilet so that he was certain to see the note. None were options that were available. Terrible service and horrible attitude from the receptionist. Over the many years, we have come to expect overly loud and obnoxious conversation between the two women who work the front desk. It’s like they are socializing and telling stories to each other all day which is the number one priority and the second priority is that they just happen to be working in a dental office. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth for over a decade still works there but I had to change hygienists because she smells so strongly of cigarettes. The equipment in the office is well over 50 years old, maybe as much as 75 years old and zero investment is made in technology and updating. We are officially done with this place and the rude and thoughtless behavior exhibited by the inmates who run the asylum at the office. I would give zero stars if that was possible. Dr Francis’s conversation is always about his golf game or his vacations which are nothing special. It’s not about you Dr Francis!! It’s about your patients!! Your practice sucks!
