Agressive, Inflexible Level of Treatment
She replaced a filling that had fallen out, very minimal pain, and so far I've had no issues with the new filling. The office administrator told me I would need an extreme type of cleaning that required local anesthesia. No dentist had ever recommended this extreme procedure before. She also said I needed 4 cleanings a year. They refused to clean my teeth when I said I wanted a standard cleaning.UPDATE: After this bad experience, I went to Anderson Family Dentistry in Duluth. They said all I needed was a standard cleaning and two visits per year. They also detected that the back of my top front teeth were very worn, all the enamel was gone. No other dentist had shown me this before.

I came in with a complicated situation . Not only did Dr Smith tend to my needs, her bedside manner was top notch. Patient and professional. No judging and full of solutions. I can't describe with how happy I am with the work done.
