Dr. Kelcey Lau, DDS

Dr. Lau is an awesome dentist. Very kind and good at what he does.

Each time I have been to their office they are welcoming, they are professional, it is always a wonderful experience. My visit yesterday was just as wonderful as all the other visits for my dental care, I feel valued and cared about. Dr Lau is gentle and kind, he is someone who cares and has assembled a wonderful professional staff!

I've gone to Dr. Lau for years because his practice provides excellent dental care. I've had other dental practices try to sell me procedures I did not need. I recently had a molar in need of a root canal and crown. In extreme pain, I went elsewhere for emergency treatment, but it was a "Smile" clinic trying to sell me on a 3-D printed crown and they did an unneeded X-ray just for the billable opportunity. I got antibiotics and said I'd go to my dentist. Dr. Lau did the total procedure over 3 visits at 1/3 the price the dental chain quoted. Dr. Lau and his assistant worked extremely well together, having whatever he needed next for the procedure at the ready. His staff is excellent with my regular cleanings and X-rays, as is the front office for making appointments (it's quite a wait because his office is that good!) I've looked north, I've looked south and trust nobody else to work in my mouth.

BEWARE!!!!! I normally do not write reviews even if I receive poor or excellent service. But I could not let this one slip by Being a Christian Man, I wanted to find a Christian Dentist in the Temecula area due to a bad experience I had with 2 previous dental offices. I discovered Dr Lau in Temecula who advertises a Christian symbol on his window and business stationary. I thought I was in good hands. I fell to realize some Christian people still have unresolved issues like holding grudges on their patients who miss appointments. I am a Life insurance agent with a very hectic daily commute to Los Angeles. My office mistakenly made 5 appointment for me on the same day I had a dental appointment with Dr Lau. I was so distracted with this last-minute update and forgot to call Dr Lau office to reschedule which I have done so in the past. This happens to all of us right. My entire family has been going to Dr. Lau since we moved to the valley in 2003. I have referred many friends to his practice and none have been disappointed. The staff there is very friendly and they do not nickle and dime you. It is nice to go somewhere for over 13 years and see the same faces. That says a lot about his practice. Dr. Lau is very personable and everyone makes you feel comfortable.

Great Dentist best I've ever had. No cavities in my family since going to him.
