Best dentist in Springfield I have gone to Dr. Kay for years. If you have an emergency see will see you fast. The whole office is wonderful.

I have been Dr. Knipschild’s patient since 2005. My front tooth got broken, it was a long holiday weekend. We had just moved here from CA so I didn’t have a dentist yet. I called every dentist in the phone book and no one would help me. However, Dr. Knipschild did. She called in one of her techs and took care of me that night. Here I was a stranger and she did that!She is our family’s dentist, she is honest, experienced, very patient-oriented. She is attentive to her patients’ comfort, pain level, and extremely caring. She is a perfectionist in the work she does on her patients. She doesn’t rush you through. She truly cares about her patients. If something doesn’t feel right, she will stay as long as is necessary to make it right for the patient.All of Dr. Knipschild’s staff are kind, friendly, caring, and accommodating just like she is. A big shoutout to Jan, one of her techs that is so experienced that she could be a dentist herself. I highly recommend Dr. Kay Knipschild!

Besides excellent care, including totally painless fillings and dental work, Dr. Kay is a wonderfully kind, caring and generous person. Dr. K. is the most through, thoughtful, gentle, and compassionate dentist imaginable. She bends over backwards to assure that you are at an extreme comfort level as she works. I most highly recommend her!! I have always been terrified of any dentist until I found Dr. K. some 20 years ago, I think. Naturally, I recommend her most highly, And, I promise you, she will do nothing that isn't absolutely necessary for your dental health,

Very caring Dentist

Dr Kay has been my family's dentist for 20+ years. She is patient, considerate, and works well with children and adults alike. She found my daughter's unusual problem that her mouth did not allow her teeth to close together at all & helped us resolve this problem. She has completed crowns and fillings for all of us. She insures that her patients get the very best care. She often helps people free of charge if they can't pay. There is not a better dentist around.

I have been going to her office for over 20 years probably close to 25 years. She is an exceptional dentist, and incredible person, and she does it all with a smile. She works very hard to ensure that you are not having any pain. She wants you to be comfortable. She offers blankets headphones with music and will stop and check on you as she works on you to make sure you remain comfortable. I have had a couple of crowns with her and many many cleanings along with several cavity fills. I have had poor service from other dentist them would never consider leaving this dentist for anyone else. You cannot find a better dentist anywhere in any town. She is remarkable and caring.

Great person and dentist

I am terrified of going to the dentist. But, her and her staff make me feel so comfortable and loved. They take very good care of you working around busy schedules and genuinely care about your dental health. I would recommend them for ANY dental work!

I was extremely disappointed in Dr. Knipschild and her office staff. I was charged for services which I specifically declined. They filed an insurance claim for those services and I was very surprised to get a bill and notification from the insurance company. I called twice to clarify; the staff was condescending and Dr. Knipschild would not review the situation. Deeply, deeply disappointed. No integrity at this office. This was deceptive and dishonest.
