Dr. Le did substandard dental work on my tooth that resulted in the tooth having to be extracted. She replaced a filling on a fractured tooth with a partial crown. According to another dentist, the tooth should have received a full crown to prevent propagation of the fracture. Unfortunately, Dr. Le put on a partial crown and the crown did not fit properly or was not properly adjusted. The tooth promptly fractured and had to be extracted. Basically, a simple crown turned into a month of severe dental agony and about 5K to replace the tooth with an implant. Dr. Le charged me for a full crown and full crown buildup. She did neither. She did not provide proper paperwork to my insurance company regarding the necessity for a crown, and the insurance company has only paid for a filling. Now she wants us to pay her for the the difference between what she charges for a full crown and what the insurance company will pay for a filling.

They took nearly 30 x-rays for an ordinary cleaning..I wish I had the exact count because I know it was close to that. The technician touched the computer between x-rays and then put her hand right back in your mouth..that's absolutely disgusting given if she does that consistently that mouse is likely full of patient germs. They were condescending and seemed far from state of the art.

Dr. Le was so great. I'me very fearful of going to the dentist, but she gentle and kind with me. I definitely recommend her.
